Those with lots of followers are focused on INFLUENCING you to buy products that benefit their commissions versus INFORMING you on how to live a healthy life.

We’re all guilty of it, I know I 110% am! I find myself eager to talk about myself and my accomplishments around friends and family versus listening and responding to their accomplishments.

So, this week I challenge you. Make a conscious effort once a day to think about what you provide to those around you. Making your coworkers laugh, providing insight into a struggle a friend is having, teaching those around you how to make improvements instead of showing off yours.

Don’t take your health and ability to move freely for granted guys, there’s no excuse to not do something active to help you get stronger, fitter and healthier 😘. I’ve been injured now for almost two weeks, and can’t do any upper body activity or high intensity workouts, but I’ve been doing a lot low intensity activities such as walking and yesterday I even danced a bit 😍💃🏻 For someone as active as me, not working out for two weeks is like not drinking water when thirsty 😭. I’m so eager and have so much energy building up in me, I’m scared of the moment I can workout again, I’ll probably not want to stop for a few hours 🔥💥😂😅
