Yup, thatโ€™s what I did yesterday afternoon. Lots of work, annoying ear ache ๐Ÿ˜–, got my period a bit early, popped an IB pill & got it done. When I was done I felt great, got a good burn & sweat. .
On Clip 2, there are 2 moves I had to adjust my weight. The bicep bar curl, first too much weight, then too little, had to add again, find what wasnโ€™t too hard and what wasnโ€™t too easy. The overhead side twist move had to lower but thatโ€™s okay. .
By the time I reach the floor exercises on the Clip 4, my arms are tired AF (lots of arm work) in a goo way, they are tired not in pain & I am very happy ๐Ÿ˜Š there is a difference. .

The jumping moves were a Relief for my armsโค๏ธ โœŒ๏ธ .

fitfam I had my gym introduction/ free personal training session today! He kicked my ๐Ÿ‘, but before we workout out, he had me stand on a Fit 3D Scanner. The scanner somehow measures body fat, posture, BMR, body measurements, etc. the whole nine yards. Iโ€™m so glad I bit the bullet and did it this time around. That was one of the things I always regretted not doing when I joined the gym last time. Iโ€™m going to do it at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and a year. Canโ€™t wait to share the results!

Didnโ€™t bench today so instead of that I hit some seated overhead press. Did 155 for 3 sets of 8. Really been focusing on my shoulders as a priority on my push days.

fitfam Making every rep count.Since I've started training heavy I've realized it's a whole new ball game.The biggest thing I have learnt is that a weight you think is just not possible to lift is not only possible but once that first rep is out you can complete a decent set.All mind over matter and having the confidence and drive to push past that first seemingly impossible rep and going on to complete 8 to 10.reps is such a buz.Ive also learned with this type of training you need to reduce volume. Recovery time is much longer sometimes taking three days .Good sleep and protein intake is a must.But the main thing is it's working for me and I'm getting a more dence physique and my weights are going up again.
