expatproblems The French government is launching a website for Britons to make carte de séjour applications sometime in October.

The website will allow many Brits to apply entirely online, making the process much easier and requiring only one prefecture visit to collect the card and give fingerprints.

With different prefectures using different application systems, some being very backed up, I hope this will make the process quicker and less stressful for all Britons living in France. The carte de séjour permanent will be able to be swapped for a non-EU citizen’s long-term resident card in the event of no-deal, and at no cost, so I recommend you apply ASAP if you don't already have one. As always, I am here to help with any issues you have whether you are applying online from October or right now.

expatproblems 𝐃𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟? ⁣
⁣
I just recently had a conversation with one of my followers about people, thinking they are not fitting into society. 🙋🏼‍♂️⁣
⁣
People that think in a different way than others, which means they’re taking time to think about their own needs and their goals. Did you ever take time for you?⁣
⁣
The majority thinks about the next day at work, sitting on the couch watching Netflix. ⁣
⁣
For them there is no other way than this.⁣
⁣
Personally speaking I always thought there is much more outside in the world for us then just an office box to make a living. ⁣
⁣
I faced enough rejection while being abroad and not finding back into my profession in the medical field. ⁣
But this is not the point I want to make and share, I made the decision to change and become my own version. Hoping to help others with my abilities, in the same situation and being there for each other.⁣
⁣
People start looking weird at you if you tell them you decide to pursue your own dreams.⁣
But don’t worry they just don’t know any better. 🙇🏼‍♂️⁣
⁣
If you already took your time to see how you can take care of yourself and you’re thinking about ways you can create your own better life you deserve, then you earn my respect.
⁣
It starts with your own mind and body, then taking care of your family and then having the freedom of traveling.⁣
⁣
By taking this step, you show enough courage and power and the step towards a better version.⁣
⁣
𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐦𝐞, 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐲𝐨𝐮, 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐮𝐬!

.
1. Wo wird das Kind geboren?
In Dubai.
.
2. Welche Staatsbürgerschaft bekommt das Kind?
Diese Frage wurde erstaunlich oft gestellt. Generell gilt: Landesrecht vor eigenen Staatsrecht.
Was bedeutet das genau?

expatproblems Who knows this? You move abroad, heavy-heartedly you say goodbye to loved ones and they promise they’ll visit you soon! ⠀
⠀
You’ve already made sure to get a home with a guest room for all the visitors you’re expecting. But time goes by and your guest towels and sheets remain unused.⠀
⠀
In this day and age of social media and WhatsApp it may not appear to others that you are far away but you, who’s living in a different country day in day out, could really do with some familiar company. Or at least be able to show your friends what your new life is like! ⠀
⠀
Your friends’ intention is certainly to visit you, but when it comes down to it, money, kids, time and other responsibilities get in their way... and your guest room stays empty.⠀
⠀
Say 🙋🏻‍♀️ if you can relate!⠀

expatproblems There's something liberating in living incognito. Us who came from towns in which you always meet familiar faces, we truly appreciate being unknown. But that certainly doesn't mean one should go out in their pyjamas!
----------------------------------------------------

expatproblems It's really hard when you're working towards something that's important to you and something gets in your way. 🙇‍♀️

A few years ago at a mindfulness meditation retreat I learned a helpful #mindset shift for dealing with these moments. ➡️

🔹Instead of seeing it as an OBSTACLE blocking your path, see it as a CHALLENGE that you work to overcome. 🔹

Reframing my own blocks in this way has been incredibly helpful in both my personal and professional life. Instead of feeling defeated and overwhelmed I can see the block and answer with this--

"Challenge Accepted!" 💪

What do you have coming up this week that you can view as a challenge to overcome?

expatproblems You know, when I was younger I was obsessed with traveling. 🤗 When I was first living in Spain I did a voluntary service and I used all my free time to travel around Spain and Portugal. I liked my time there so much I ended up staying for five years. 😄

When I was living for a year in California I took it to the extreme: I not only traveled around the US (seriously, I went to different places all over the country 🤠) and even traveled to Mexico, Guatemala and Belize as well as Hawaii (I know it's one of the 50 states but it's pretty far away from the rest of the US 😎).

I got to see some great places but when I was about to embark on my next adventure to Vietnam (where I wanted to teach German) I stopped. 😶
My boyfriend made me realize that it would be irresponsible to embark on another adventure if I planned to come back any way. 😵 I had already seen half the world and was about to graduate from college. It would put a strain on our relationship again and it would probably not help my career if I already had lived in three countries and planned to stay in Europe anyway. 🤔
He was right! We moved away from Spain and went to Belgium where we had better job opportunities. Just to show you how good things worked out: This picture was taken in Japan, during our honeymoon. 😊💒

expatproblems If I post this pic, will I feel a bit more relaxed? Ooooh what a frustrating morning today was🙈 .
.
I arrive at the National ID Centre in Accra this morning to renew my non-citizen ID card. Why? Well the previous one with my fingerprints has expired. I’m not quite sure how anyone’s fingerprints can expire(?) but anyway rules are rules, so off I go. (My main worry: I’m flying out on Sunday and if I don’t have a valid ID card, immigration might stop me at the airport or not let me re-enter Ghana). .
.
Deep breaths and off I go. It took my husband’s colleague 5 visits to get his ID renewed so I enter the government office with VERY low expectations. .
.
Initially all goes well and I’m pleasantly surprised. I’m the first one there, there’s no queue, so I get seen right away. Then I fill out a form but each time the officer types up my info from the form onto his computer he makes a mistake. I indicate on the form, I’m born in Pakistan, hand over my Italian passport which holds my Ghana residence visa and my husband’s (who is my sponsor) German passport. He types up all the details and asks me to confirm it’s correct, except it comes back showing my place of birth as Germany, nationality as Italian and that my husband is the Pakistani 🙈 .
.
Let’s try again.
This time my name is misspelt. I know Ottimofiore is hard to spell, but I’m doing all of this under my maiden name Navaid so it shouldn’t be that hard. .
.
I am asked when did I arrive in Ghana? That’s easy, last year. Then there it is: the question every expat dreads THE MOST: where have you lived before Ghana? List your previous places of residence. Noooooooo. Please let’s not go there. This will take too long. The people behind me in the queue start to squirm. I put down the 5 most recent countries and cities but no dates. .
.
I give my fingerprints again. Take a picture. I can almost smell victory when the officer announces, “sorry, but the card machine is broken. You’ll have to come back to get your ID.” .
.
Whaaaat? Why didn’t you tell me that when I arrived?! Ugggh. TIA. Can I please whine now? 😂🤦‍♀️

expatproblems Horrorgeschichten
.

expatproblems [Back to You]
🇬🇧 At the beginning of August, I attended a week-long retreat on Lake Orta. From the first day, when I entered the Yoga room at 7 am, I realized how often we disconnect from ourselves, from our centre, from our essence and authenticity.

When you allow yourself to stop, think about yourself, find your inner rhythm and live accordingly, it is clear how much we need to take care of our soul and our body.

The reasons for these "distractions" are many: work, family, commitments, etc... If you are living abroad, especially if you have just arrived in the host country, the process of adapting to the new environment drains your energy. This is why I developed "Back to You" the program I propose to "return to yourself", to take care of those parts of you that have been neglected.
You'll find inspiration and become more aware. You will find out more soon ... my new website will be online shortly!!!

expatproblems A few weeks ago I posted some stories about which BPA free bottled water we use for our 5 gallon water dispenser. Since then I’ve had lots of messages asking for more info so here it is...
.
@myaquaplus supply pure alkaline water in 5 gallon BPA free bottles.
- normal plastic bottles release harmful toxins into water when exposed to heat, which in Dubai is inevitable either during storage or transit. We use the water for drinking, cooking and for Ellis’s formula so the fact that their bottles are BPA free means no harmful toxins!! AND Aquaplus is no more expensive than other 5 gallon water bottle suppliers so it was a no brainer for us when we switched to Aquaplus! .

expatproblems We were having so much fun exploring Portumna Castle and Gardens until I accidentally plopped the kids into a patch of stinging nettles to take a photo. .
.
If you’re unfamiliar with nettles, like I was, they’re a plant that cause a painful stinging sensation and raised rash when they come in contact with skin. The pain lasts for several minutes and the rash lasts for about an hour. File this one under #momoftheyear and #expatproblems 🙈
.
.
➡️swipe to see the photo captured as we were realizing what what happening. .
.
Do you have any parenting mishaps to share that would make me feel better? .

expatproblems This is Rob, a member of Thisisus_living 🙎🏻‍♂️ He is definitely the level-headed, patient and calming presence in the family. Which allows me and Jack to be full-on crazy at the best of times 🤣 Rob, like the rest of the family, is also South African - and probably the main reason why we are even living in Ireland in the first place. He was the one who got the job and work permit, but also, one of the main reasons I fell in love with this guy is his sense of adventure, ambition and always keen to try new (and sometimes challenging) things - so we decided to take a leap of faith and see what living abroad would be like because of him. expatproblems THAI EXPATS ARE ALSO CRYING #factandinteract
When you migrate to another country, you leave your comfort zone.
⠀
What do expats need for the happy life in Thailand?⬇️
English are looking for sales on cheese
⠀
Filipino can't figure out why noone is singing on the streets🤷‍♀️
⠀
Indians feel cheated, because boom boom isn't for free
⠀
Australians left their surfs in the corner and miss Bali
⠀
Americans are shocked from local Macdonalds and trying to get a petition for normal cheese sauce💁‍♀️
⠀
Japanese are shocked from all sexy streets, but still spend there every weekend.
⠀
Chinese don't understand why all asians don't speak mandarin😱
⠀
Expats from Netherlands gave up finding good bread, so they make it themselves
⠀
German old ladies are protesting, because they aren't allowed to suntan topless
⠀
French lost hope of finding good wine
⠀
Only russians never give up. They are happy of having Sangsom on the beach and burn under the sun to the crab color.
⠀
⁉️What would you miss if you live in Thailand? Let's imagine that.
Don't be shy to drop a line in comments instead of writing me direct messages 🙈

🍃Changes in life are inevitable and, as a result, so is feeling unstable. Whether it is a job change, the beginning or end of a relationship, the start of a new family or a relocation to a new city or country, transitions are part of the human experience, but can often be difficult to deal with.

⭐With any big change (no matter if it is planned or unplanned, expected or unexpected) there is no doubt that the adaptation phase will be complicated. The ways in which this process is dealt with is managed differently from person to person but it is sure that we can work on our mindset to live better this process.

🌷With "Lost in Transition" I will help you reconnect with your inner music, your own rhythm. You will make the right steps to find a new balance.

Soon, my new website will be online and, if you want, you'll find further details.

expatproblems I love my life abroad. 🙂 Over ten years I moved abroad.
A few days after my prom I took my first plane alone. 😐
Since then I've lived in four countries and have learned to speak six foreign languages + to teach some of them. 🛸🎆

Now, after ten years abroad I also notice I would like to move home eventually. 😕 💢Expat life is very exciting and about traveling learning new things. But after having done it three times already it makes you a little exhausted. 😥 💢It's not easy to integrate in a new country: to learn a new language, to find work and new friends ... 😵

👍 However, although I will eventually move back to Germany until then I will enjoy the rest of my life abroad: movies without dubbing 🎞️, to live in a big city with subway 🚋 and languages I usually cannot speak at home. 🌐🙂

There is a second step to this exercise that will make it even more powerful. Especially if you still feel a little stuck after step 1.⠀

If so, you’re far from alone. the sad thing is that most people go through life having never really experienced what life has to offer.⁣ ⁣
What you need to understand is that everything holding you to a life you don’t want to live is a prison created by your own mind. That doesn’t mean you can just wish yourself into a new life, but it does mean that you can actively work towards living life to the fullest.⁣
⁣
𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬: If you want to stop asking “what is the meaning of life”, finding and living your purpose is not only something you can do, it’s something you must do.⁣

But at least you’ll be listening to your heart, making the most out of this life we were given and taking action towards whatever dream you have.⁣

expatproblems If you want to try this amazing hair care range I’m giving away a gift box (swipe to see!) with a full size shampoo and conditioner in their weather protect range. 🎉To win just like this post and follow @vierrohairexpert and me, @thecareymum that’s it! You can tag a friend too if you want! . Winner announced at random on 26th September! . .
.
. Not one for blowing my own trumpet (😆😆😆) but I always get asked about my hair and which shampoo/conditioner I use! When I moved to Dubai last year my hair really suffered because of the different weather and water! I came across Vierro and it’s honestly changed my hair, without having to install a water filter which @thecareydad is over the moon about because it’s saved him money 🤪.
.
.
....And if you can’t wait till then vierro hair products are available in UAE supermarkets including Carrefour! .

expatproblems Got out the house today, met a friend for coffee then did some actual shopping! Like I went to the mall and walked around - which if you know me; I don’t really like shopping, or being around loads of people, or spending money on stuff🤦🏼‍♀️ but stopped for lunch and even treated myself to a Starbucks Caramel Frappuccino, which is a little guilty pleasure I started back when I lived in the USA. 18 years ago I was living in New Jersey as an aupair. September 11th will always be a day that I remember and reflect on. I was 19 at the time and in total shock, terrified for my host parents who worked in the city and in some ways worried I might never get back home. It was a hectic time to be in USA at such a historic turning point in our history. Where were you on this day 18 years ago?

𝐃𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐢𝐭? 🤔⁣
⁣
When I worked as an adult in my 9to5 job as a therapist, after a traumatic life event when my dad passed away, I realized something massive: I had made every move in my life based on what I thought others wanted or needed from me. I had made my choices based on what I thought was best for my reputation, or my friends...and never had I paused to ask myself "What do I really want and need, right now?"⁣🙇🏼‍♂️
⁣
With that realization, I made a huge choice, that no one thought I make (terrifying for someone who relied on external validation his entire life). I moved to the other side of the world. Not only because of my partner living in Canada. He could have came easily to Germany, but I needed that restart. Living abroad was an "extreme" at the beginning to re-discover what mattered to me. What I could become. What I was worth. Especially in my profession while facing a lot of rejection abroad.⁣👨🏼‍⚕️
⁣
A lot has happened since moving to Canada. My husband, Georges and I bought our own house. I started and grew this business to empower other like minded people to become free and a better version of themselves. Just being sick and tired of their job, feeling overqualified and not appreciated was apparently a normal thing I heard from friends. Beside that being exhausted and tired coming back from work and just need time to recover. ⁣🤬
⁣
Living on my own terms now financially and having thousands of students in a community around the world is what I needed to become who I am today. I wouldn't be able to do it alone.⁣

expatproblems [Fortsetzung]
.
.
War es bei euch auch so chaotisch?

expatproblems I love thinking outside the box and looking at a situation from different angles! (My studies, International Relations, were essentially about mastering that skill and I dare to say it’s a superpower of mine ⚡️⚡️☺️☺️)⠀
⠀
So today I wanna talk about FINDING SUBSTITUTES in your host country for the job or activities your couldn’t bring there with you.⠀
⠀
1️⃣ Step 1: Finding Direct Substitutes⠀
⠀
What gives a sense of meaning to YOU is highly individual. There is no better or worse purpose-providing activity to pursue as long as it provides you with the following:
⠀
1) JOY ⠀
It motivates and excites you, you could talk about it for hours
⠀
2) ACCOMPLISHMENT ⠀
It’s a challenge, it helps you grow, it makes you feel proud of yourself
⠀
3) IMPACT⠀
There’s a sense of importance or urgency. If you didn’t do it, you would be missed or you would miss it.⠀
⠀
So let’s brainstorm together, shall we!? 👏⠀
⠀
Q: Could you learn a special skill that could benefit you in future - professionally or personally? ⠀
⠀
Q: Could you find work locally thanks to some special skills or languages of yours - even if it’s unrelated to your previous work?⠀
⠀
Q: Could you start your own business? What do they have in your host country that they could use back home? Or vice versa?⠀
⠀
Q: Could you “upgrade” being a housewife / mom? Could you take cooking/home economics classes? Learn a craft? Get more involved in your kids’ schools? Teach your kids something? ⠀
⠀
Q: Human connection is very fulfilling and nurturing! Can you make new friends? Get closer to existing acquaintances? What initiatives can you take (invitations, organizing a group activity, starting a club....)⠀
⠀
(Stay tuned for Step 2️⃣ tomorrow!)⠀
⠀
Which of these questions got you most excited? What could provide YOU with a sense of Joy, Accomplishment and Impact in your host country? Let me know in the comments! ⠀
⠀

expatproblems [Outside the box] [Esci dagli Schemi]

🇮🇹

💚Outside the Box è il mio servizio base.

🇬🇧 [short version]

💚Outside the Box is my entry-level service.
I started to successfully use the Points of You cards with my clients after attending the L.1 course.
🌱Each of these cards, an associative and visual tool, depicts a photographic image and a topic.
🌿A cornerstone of the Points of You® method is the interaction between the right brain, the intuitive, creative and emotional half, and the left brain, focused on logic and analysis.
The photograph stimulates our right brain while the word activates the left brain.
🔌The simultaneous stimulation of the two hemispheres allows our mind to open up to new places inside ourselves.
💚I have conceived this short path, which you'll find in my new website, to facilitate clients who want to develop or deepen a specific topic.

The photograph stimulates our right brain while the word activates the left brain. 🔌The simultaneous stimulation of the two hemispheres allows our mind to open up to new places inside ourselves. 💚I have conceived this short path, which you'll find in my new website, to facilitate clients who want to develop or deepen a specific topic.

expatproblems Homesick💔

I’ve been fortunate (read: spoiled) to be able to travel back to Albania every summer for the past 10 years😍 but this is the second consecutive summer I miss, and it stings a little😓
Now, to make things a little less dramatic: I did go back with Amelia in March and visited with family for over a month ...but it’s not quite warm enough in March to go the beach😬

[Fortsetzung folgt].

expatproblems Yesterday I talked about 3 common mindset pitfalls that are holding you back from making more of your life abroad.⠀
⠀
“Identity” is a major issue for many women that moved abroad following their partners. But your identity is merely a story you’re telling yourself. Yes really! It could be a success story, a romantic one, a hopeful or a hopeless one. But it’s just a story, either way.⠀
⠀
Let me share a few typical identity storylines - related to finding meaning and purpose abroad - of my clients (I’ve sure thought one or the other myself!)⠀
⠀
🙅‍♀️ “I could never find a good job in my host country”⠀
⠀
🙇🏻‍♀️ “If I don’t find a job here I won’t feel worthy of the respect of my spouse or others”⠀
⠀
🤷🏾‍♀️ “I’ve never been the type to (do this or that)”⠀
⠀
🙋🏽‍♀️ “All of my friends are doing this (so I should too)”⠀
⠀
💁🏻‍♀️ “I had this great idea but it wouldn’t be possible”⠀
⠀
🤦🏼‍♀️ “I feel like a failure because I was supposed to be this and that by now”⠀
⠀
We all are wired to jump to conclusions like that and to turn our fears and insecurities into a whole story. By constantly worrying about who we are, who we’d like to be or who we are expected or perceived to be, we’re actually building a cage around ourselves that not only makes it hard to break free, but also to even see beyond the bars!⠀
⠀
🌈 There are infinite possibilities out there. ⠀
✨ There are infinite reframes to your story.⠀
⚡️ There are infinite sudden turns of events, forces majors, pleasant or unpleasant surprises that could change your story in a single instant.⠀
⠀
So think about yours and ask these 4 questions:⠀
⠀
1) What are the stories you tell yourself about why you can’t pursue your dreams? About why you can’t improve an unsatisfying situation?⠀
⠀
2) Can you absolutely know that your story is the full truth? (If the answer is ‘yes’, please think again 😉) ⠀
⠀
3) If fear and money weren’t an issue, what kind of work / activities would you pursue that would give you a sense of meaning and purpose?

4) What’s holding you back from acting on question number 3?
———-
I’d love to hear your story! Please comment below or DM me.

expatproblems Where am I going now?
We spent nearly this entire year thinking about, planning and preparing for this move.
We've moved.

We've been here for exactly 51 days today. And even in these 51 days we've packed so much in it has been hard to keep a thought in my head long enough to do anything with it. Like finding a home, renting a car, furnishing a home, registering for schools, back to school shopping, potty training, starting new jobs, getting new bank accounts, cell phone plans, internet, maybe make a friend or two... Trust me when I tell you that these things didn't happen in one go or one trip to the mall! I'm not complaining, just taking it all in as I grab my cape from my closet each and every morning. 😉 But I have found myself in a somewhat heightened state of "what's next?"... So, WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU'VE ARRIVED AT YOUR DESTINATION??? :
For me, PRESENCE is what it's all about. I feel like I've been living in the future for so many months. Now it's time to appreciate the present. ♡

expatproblems “The grass is greener where you water it.” 🌿🚰
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This is a quote I mention often in my coaching sessions with #globalnomads and it’s one I know I’ve also mentioned on here.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But we are so programmed to see what’s missing and to automatically think that the grass is greener elsewhere that it’s a message that deserves repeating. 🗯
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The grass always looks greener elsewhere because you’re unaware of the negatives or mundane day-to-day of living or working elsewhere. Or it might look greener for your friends because you only see their social media highlights and not the behind the scenes of #reallife (and the grass also looks greener when you use a filter) 🧐
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So, how can you work to water the grass where you are right now? In the life you live? The place you live? The job you work in? Let me know what comes to mind in a comment 👇
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
[Sometimes we DO need to make big changes. If you’re 110% sure that you do, that’s also ok! But do know that the watering can will be waiting for you there too.]

expatproblems .

expatproblems The 4-Pillar Training Series continues with the 4th Pillar: MEANING & PURPOSE! (Scroll down to see the training about the other 3 pillars, which I’ve posted before the summer). ⠀
⠀
Today’s topic is: ⠀
How the wrong ✨MINDSET✨can hold you back from making the most of your life abroad:⠀
⠀
🚫 1st Mindset Pitfall: Settling for less⠀
⠀
This is especially relevant when you’ve been living abroad for a while and are all settled in... but the meaning-puzzle piece is still missing. It’s so easy to “keep busy” and convince yourself that you wouldn’t have time to look for something else anyway. But the difference between being busy and being fulfilled is huge!⠀
⠀
⠀
🚫 2nd Mindset Pitfall: Feeling discouraged ⠀
⠀
We talk a lot about “finding meaning and purpose” and maybe you looked and searched but nothing has come up. Actually, meaning & purpose are not hiding somewhere waiting for you to find them. You can create them for and by yourself! ⠀
⠀
How? By engaging in activities that provide you with a sense of accomplishment, of importance, of making a difference. ⠀
❓What do you really, really like doing, even if you haven’t done it for a while?⠀
❓What have you always wanted to do but never did?⠀
❓What would you recommend a good friend who’s moving abroad that she should do?⠀
⠀
⠀
🚫 3rd Mindset Pitfall: Identity Crisis⠀
⠀
So many of my clients have previously worked in a career they cannot pursue in their host country (think: lawyer). If that’s your case, it may seem like you’re doomed and that everything you could do would be settling for less. But is it really? Maybe opening yourself up to new possibilities and endeavors could grant just as much meaning to you! Identity is a fluid concept and should never hold you back from evolving. Be open to reinventing yourself if it serves you!⠀
⠀
✨✨✨REMEMBER THIS✨✨✨:
Your life is not a coincidence. Neither is the fact that you live abroad. You are on this Earth and in that country on purpose and with a purpose. It’s up to you to find it or to create it! ⠀
⠀
I will go into more detail in the coming days!
👉 Let me know which of these mindset pitfalls resonates most with you?

expatproblems Oh là là! I’ve just passed through an emotional hurricane 😬🤯 💁🏼‍♀️long story short...last weeks I was dealing with a tricky legal issue (in a foreign country, with 3 other countries involved😱...#expatproblems...and it’s not even the end yet, so 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 for me😊), .
.
AND secondly I was so in pain with my freaking empathy 🙍🏼‍♀️about how things can go wrong for some people, and even influence some others life🤦🏼‍♀️, and even life of innocent pets 🐶... tbh still found it sad 😔, because I’ve told about it years ago🤷🏼‍♀️... .
.
So if you’re in an emotional and hyper stressful phase of your life 🌚 just remember to stay strong 💪, to believe in the best 🧚🏻‍♀️, to do the maximum 🦹🏼‍♀️ (even if it’s not your responsibility), to never ever forget about self care 💆🏼‍♀️, and to be your own best friend, be kind to yourself !
And EVERYTHING WILL BE 💃 ALL RIGHT 💎 as it is for me right now 😉 .
.
💁🏼‍♀️Personally I believe that everything is temporary in this life #thistooshallpass, somethings seems to be so sad and painful, but later it always turns to be something very positive, especially if you continue to move forward!

Sending you lots of good vibes 💗 my dearests
And btw how do you handle emotional tsunamis 🙈? Let’s help each other with nice advices and tips 🥰 ❤️follow @fromwintertotropics if you like this post

expatproblems [nuovo sito web] [new website]

🇮🇹

Stay tuned!

🇬🇧[Short version]

The work done with @alchimiadellaparola was very intense. How did the collaboration with Alessia come about?
After realizing I was very naturally starting to address a different type of target customer, I started thinking that I needed to renew my business idea and, consequently, the communication strategy. When I found Alessia in a FB group, I was immediately impressed by the enchanted and mysterious atmosphere of her website (www alessiasavi.com) and by her 360-degree professionalism, uncommon in the sector.
Our chat on Skype confirmed what I had already guessed: she was the right person!
Such re-branding process has resulted in a new site launching very soon and in a more specific professional role: Transitional & Expat Coach.
Soon, you'll see the results and I hope you'll enjoy it.
I'm Alessandra, Transitional & Expat Coach and... more. You'll find out soon! Stay tuned!
