Зародилась эта тема в Калифорнии, когда сёрферы в отсутствие волны прикладывали от скуки колёса к своим доскам. Один из владельцев сёрф магазина обратил на это внимание и понял, что на этом можно не хило заработать. Так в 59 году появился в продаже первый скейтборд Роллер Дерби. Многие подростки заинтересовались новинкой и стали использовать доску как средство передвижения. Катались на доске в университет, школу, на работу. .

Trasformazione in 8 mesi di @giovanniespositophotography 37 anni, da 89kg a 73kg. Siamo riusciti nei primi 3 mesi nonostante un’ernia tra il trapezio ed il deltoide posteriore che hanno tenuto Gianni lontano da qualsiasi attività sportiva per più di 1 anno e soprattutto con più di 20 anni di sovrappeso a dimagrire grazie ad un’alimentazione mirata, nel frattempo abbiamo costruito una base muscolare solida evitando molti esercizi (causa ernia). Nei mesi successi con l’aumento dell’ipertrofia e della forza abbiamo inserito tutti gli esercizi fondamentali  che prima causavano dolore alla spalla e quindi evitavamo, un grande risultato dovuto a impegno e dedizione! active Moin liebe #fitnessfreunde, nun endlich mal wieder ein kurzes Review zu einem Protein Pulver und zwar das Casein aus dem Hause @bodyattacksportsnutrition . Habe mir von der Marke mal eine Dose im Geschmack Cookies and Cream gekauft, da ich gerne mal Abends anstatt dem Gute Nacht Magerquark einfach einen Shake trinken möchte. 
Einnahme/Löslichkeit: den Shake bereitet ihr für das beste Endergebnis wie folgt zu : ca. 270 ml Wasser oder Milch mit ca 30g-35g Pulver mixen, hier würde ich ebenso so sagen am besten sich für zu Hause einen Barmixer für Shakes zu besorgen. Diese Mixer gibt es schon für schmales Geld und ihr bekommt einen sehr  cremigen und leckeren Shake hin. Im Handshaker wird das meiste durch das Sieb oder einen Ball  aufgefangen. Bei zu wenig Wasser wird es eher ein Pudding anstatt einen cremigen Shake. 
Geschmack: Cookies and Cream.  Als deutlichste Komponente schmeckt man einen dunklen süssen Keks heraus der leicht nach einen dunklen Butterkeks schmeckt und minimales Röst Aroma wie man es vom Kuchenboden kennt besitzt. Eine Art Creme schmecke ich nicht heraus denke es bezieht sich eher auf die cremige Konsistenz.  Geschmack : 8.5/10

Fazit: Geschmacklich sehr gut gelungen das Casein, und wenn man das perfekte Misch Verhal gefunden hat bekommt man einen sehr cremigen und Volumen reichen Shake heraus. Man kann sagen mit meinem Misch Verhältnis bekomme ich so ca. 500ml cremigen Shake hin der reichlich an Volumen besitzt und dazu noch sehr sättigend ist.

Привет! Сегодня я хотела бы затронуть такую тему. В общем, всем приятного прочтения.

Губы Юли выглядят не очень естественно, с учётом того, что два года назад они выглядяли совсем по-другому. Да, она выходит за контур губ, но это не даст эффект столь пухлых, с её-то формой. Так зачем доводить до такого состояния свои губы? Это выглядит совсем не красиво, тем более в её возрасте. Это выглядит ужасно. Конечно, главное, чтобы ей нравилось, но это явно перебор.

ГУБЫ ЮЛИ Привет! Сегодня я хотела бы затронуть такую тему. В общем, всем приятного прочтения. Губы Юли выглядят не очень естественно, с учётом того, что два года назад они выглядяли совсем по-другому. Да, она выходит за контур губ, но это не даст эффект столь пухлых, с её-то формой. Так зачем доводить до такого состояния свои губы? Это выглядит совсем не красиво, тем более в её возрасте. Это выглядит ужасно. Конечно, главное, чтобы ей нравилось, но это явно перебор. Definitely not easy pose or easy drill for the body unless you were born the with super strength😉. .
This wall drill is great to build the strength and muscle memory for when you’re ready to take it to the middle of the floor. .
The wall drill is great for those who always know how to do wrist tap. Just work on bringing the hips higher and holding it longer! .
**Before you try the practice pose, be sure to warm up with lots of forward folds, splits, and shoulder openers 🙌

Currently I’m not sitting at the exact same skin folds as last years pictures were as the left were roughly just over one week out, but I’m not too far off it with plenty of time to go (9 weeks to go in fact). But, the progress and adjustments that I’ve made to bring a fuller and more even overall shape since November last year is what I’m happy about! Excited for things to come and to keep peeling away! 😍

active Before my rather intense leg session this morning 💪🏼

PB’s on squats (85kg for 6) and hip thrusts (125kg for 5) today so really happy I’m keeping my strength up whilst losing fat during my cut! Also had a body scan which showed my weight at 57.5kg 🙌🏼 and body fat around 20%, still pretty high for only being 5ft tall but this is the lightest I’ve been in as long as I can remember so really pleased I’m seeing results! My goal weight of 55kg is looking like it might arrive pretty soon 😅

If I had £1 for all of the times someone has looked at me funny/ commented on how I wear makeup to the gym I’d definitely have enough  money to invest in some new gymshark sets 😂 — who agrees?

I’d love to be one of those people who go to the gym fresh faced and do an entire session without worrying how spotty/ sweaty/ red my face has gone — but fact is I just can’t do that. It’s not exactly that I put on makeup purely to go to the gym it’s mostly that I don’t want to leave the house without it, I’ve always had bad skin and getting older I’ve been more conscious about it (hence the makeup). It’s not a bad thing though! If I want to wear makeup and I’m happy sweating my eyebrows off during an intense leg session that’s fine by me, just as much as wearing no makeup is absolutely fine too — it’s personal preference. What isn’t okay is calling people out on their preferences because you think they’re wrong or they differ to yours. If you’re comfortable then keep doing what you’re doing! It’s sad how many people are like ‘ew why do you wear so much makeup to the gym that’s gross’ etc, I’ve been had it from people working at the gym! Best thing is to just take no notice and focus on yourself, that’s what I’ve always done 🤷🏻‍♀️

active Looking through some pictures to see if I’ve made progress these past few months. This is off the beginning of January — definitely fake news right now although I wish my current situation was a spa break and not uni work! Hoping one day I’ll be able to use this as a ‘before’ progress picture and I’ll be happy with myself by the end of my weight loss journey! I’ve lost around 1.5/2kg since I took this so that’s a small victory in itself, looking forward to seeing how much I change in the next few months as I continue my cut and my training plan!! 💪🏼🙌🏼

Must admit I’m not a massive fan of doing anything huge for Valentine’s Day but I just couldn’t say no to some heart shaped donuts and a good old cheat meal 😍😋 ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
After 3 weeks of strict eating it’s nice to finally treat myself and not feel guilty about it! Especially as I’m training legs before tucking into these - I’ll have earned it 😂🙌🏼 We all need a treat from time to time and as long as we don’t let the cheat day carry on for the week/ month etc it won’t hinder your progress. If you want a treat, have one! Always have an 80/20 mindset and you’ll reach your goals easily! ☺️💪🏼

active ✨ CARDIO SUNDAY ✨
For me, Sunday’s are for nothing else but a good old cardio gym session. In my 5 day split I do 2 upper and 2 lower body days and one day solely for cardio (aka Sunday funday). Every day of the week I do a little or moderate amount of cardio, even on rest days, but Sunday is the day where I really hammer out a really intense cardio session. I like to change this session up every week to keep myself engaged and keep pushing for my fitness goals! ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
Here’s what I did today! 🏃🏻‍♀️
- Cross Trainer / Elliptical: 10 mins, keeping RPM above 130 on effort level 10
- Stationary Bike: 20 mins, 10km on effort level 5 (I’m not good at biking shh)
- Incline Walk: 10 mins - Rowing Machine: 1000m as fast as possible (4mins 30 today - not brill 😂) - Mini HIIT and Abs Circuit: 15 minutes in total ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
I completed all 60 mins of cardio in around 1hr 15 mins as I try to give myself as little rest as possible in between for the most intense session I could possibly do. I burned around 550 calories during my cardio session which is exactly what I was aiming for - not a bad session all in all!! I’m sufficiently dead now so I’m going to enjoy the rest of my Sunday by consuming a giant Sunday dinner 😋🤤

FINALLY got my hands on a pair of the camo leggings!! Also bought a pair of the flawless knit tights. The camo leggings are so comfy and supportive and the lil scrunch on the back is a good touch 🙌🏼 The flawless leggings are a bit thin in my opinion but they’re still really lovely! Both pairs are very long on me (I’m 5ft tall so thats no surprise) so I’ve got to roll them up which isn’t too bad but it hides the cute lil shark on the bottom of my camo ones. Wish gymshark did more short/ cropped leggings 😅

I’m pretty impatient when it comes to seeing progress. If I haven’t dropped like 5 stone within 3 days of cutting then I feel like nothing is going to work. ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
I hit a bit of a wall recently with losing weight so I changed up my workout routine slightly and changed my eating habits and I’m finally seeing progress! As of today I’m at a new low weight of 🎉58.5kg 🎉 not a massive difference I know but I’m stepping in the right direction. Also decided to do some measurements today and I’ve dropped an inch and a half around my waist to bring me to 27inches 🙌🏼 ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
3.5kg to go until I reach my goal weight! I’m well on track to reach it before the summer when I can enjoy 10 days of sun in Cyprus aaah!! 🏖☀️

Also decided to do some measurements today and I’ve dropped an inch and a half around my waist to bring me to 27inches 🙌🏼 •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• 3.5kg to go until I reach my goal weight! I’m well on track to reach it before the summer when I can enjoy 10 days of sun in Cyprus aaah!! 🏖☀️

active ✨ HEALTHY SNACKING??? ✨

Throughout my years of trying (and usually failing) to lose weight I’ve ALWAYS struggled with what to eat, my main problem being snacking. The past few months I’ve been really focusing on my eating and complementing that with my training and I’m starting to see results💪🏼 I’m tracking my macros and finally enjoying it! I’m trying to up my protein intake to match my necessary macros as this is something I struggle to include in my diet. This is one of my favourite healthy snacks ~~ 0% fat Greek yogurt, a teaspoon of honey and a few blueberries ~~ and it’s so good to help me reach my desired protein intake! There’s 16g of protein in a 150g serving 😍

I’m also really upping my water intake as I always forget to drink 😅 I’ve been drinking lemon water as it aids digestion and boosts the metabolism (amazing for me as I have the slowest metabolism ever and suffer a lot from bloating). Also it’s just enjoyable to drink so I’m hoping that reminds me to keep my water intake around 2L a day!

These are my fitness goals for this year! ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
1️⃣ Losing weight (around 5kg) is my main goal - especially before going on holiday in the summer!! I mainly want to lose fat and build muscle so losing 5kg might not be possible as I lower my body fat percentage! 
2️⃣ Work on my squat form and get my squat weight up to 100kg+. I squat 80kg for 6 reps at the moment using a box for my depth so I want to lose the box and build up my strength. I also want to get my leg press back up to around 280/300kg. I used to do this but dropped the weight as I struggled with back pain to around 180/200kg and I’m slowly working my way back up! 
3️⃣ Get stronger with my Deadlifts and bench press! I’m finding sumo deadlifts easy to progress with so I’d like to get my weight up to between 130-150kg. I find bench MUCH harder to progress with and I’ve been stuck around 47.5kg for aaaages now 😂 I’m working hard on it and really want to get to around 60kg - as you can see with my lil baby bicep coming through, I think it’s working 😂💪🏼
4️⃣ Work LOTS on my cardio - I have always danced and I use that as extra cardio along with my 5 day split. Apart from that I am AWFUL at running / HIIT etc. I’m working on my stamina this year and really want to get my 5km time around 20-25 mins (it’s around 35 now I’m THAT unfit 😭)

Can’t believe looking back that I genuinely thought I looked okay back then and I thought I was loosing weight 😂 looking at that picture now at least reminds me I must be doing something right at the moment!! ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
I’m currently still trying to loose around 5kg as 59kg is still pretty heavy as I’m only 5ft tall. Loosing the weight isn’t my main goal though, it’s building muscle and dropping my body fat percentage (currently around 23%) so I know losing exactly 5kg might not be possible. As long as it looks good and I’m seeing results that’s all that matters 🙌🏼
