Mornings can be a great time to set goals, organize your schedule for the day, and get the creative juices flowing. With a good night of sleep behind you and the whole day ahead of you, you have the ability to make big things happen.
Here’s the trick: plan tomorrow, today. Right before you go to bed. Spend about 20 minutes planning a to-do list you’re excited tackle the next morning. It’ll give you a purpose and make it easier to get up in the morning.
