There are a million ways to do it. .
For example, say you have an old car you no longer use or want to drive. I offer you $2,400 for that car and offer to pay you $100 a month for 12 months and then pay you $1,200 at the end of that 12 months. .
I immediately take title to the car, use that car for a ride sharing service like Turo and then start making $1,000 a month from that car. .
By the time I’ve paid you off, I’ve made $12,000 from that car. So not only do I own this car free and clear, I got it with no credit, you get $2,400 total in 12 months and I’ve made a profit of $9,600 and can continue making money from that car. You’re surrounded by wealth but you haven’t been taught how to access it. .
