They are unbiased, open-minded, great coaches, super educated, and all-round postive people who just happen to also kick a lot of ass

It's not too often you get the chance to speak at a venue like this, but when you get invited down by a company as amazing as @xptlife you come to find out they do everything on the highest level possible
This entire XPT Experience has been incredible, and we still have one day left! Thank you so much to @gabbyreece, @lairdhamiltonsurf, and @coachpjnestler for allowing me to speak my philosophies on nutrition yesterday -- it was an absolute blast

Went through a nasty leg day here at the Anaheim Ducks strength and conditioning facility and one of the all-time most important people I've ever come into contact with was there... Scot Prohaska
The value this mentor has provided me throughout my career would be impossible to measure
This guy redefines the term "in the trenches" and is an absolute wealth of information on all things physical and mental development

Everytime I travel, I always like to do a "challenge workout" for myself before I leave to get a killer session in before a long plane ride
This morning, I did a variation on one of my anabolic cardio protocols
Essentially, if you want to hit every muscle in the body you need to cover these movement patterns:
1. Horizontal pressing.
2. Vertical pressing.
3. Horizontal pulling.
4. Vertical pulling.
5. Quad dominant squat movement.
6. Hip dominant posterior chain movement.
7. Weighted carry.
8. Core-focused movement
Today, I put a 45-minute countdown on the clock, put roughly 60-65% resistance for each movement intensity, and did as many sets of 10 of all the above movement patterns in a row until the 45 minute buzzer went off
In the end, I got a killer pump and felt a great conditioning effect as well, ended up getting 8 rounds done (which is a total of 640 reps). Here's what I did:
1. Flat DB bench x 10
2. Pull ups x 10
3. DB squats x 10
4. DB overhead press x 10
5. DB bent over rows x 10
6. DB RDL's x 10
7. DB farmers walk x 30secs
8. V-Ups x 10
Rest minimally in between exercises and circuits and repeat as many times as possible until your time is up
Have fun with this! It's a great way to drop body fat but the resistance provided sends strong signals to the body to preserve muscle tissue.
