Such a glorious day to have a 1930s beach pajama themed lunch. When Sherry Knee suggested it last year i knew just the venue The Pavilion at Suttons Beach Redcliffe. The building was originally a bathing pavilion was built in 1937. @suttonsbeachpavilion
Lunch was delicious albeit hot and humid as hell however, ice cream from the ice creamery next door helped take the edge off.
So great catching up with everyone and planning what the next get together should be.
Thank you to our male chaperone Duncan for being our "willing" photographer. 🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹
During our sunrise meditation this morning I was breathing into expansion, but I had a preconceived notion of how limited that expansion should be. ‘Why am I limited?’ I asked. ‘Well you know,’ I said. ‘Genetics, your intelligence, your skills. All that.’
And I wondered if that were true. Are we? Are we really destined to be limited?
What if we had permission to be completely different to who we were told we were/are?
What would our lives look like then?
And then I had a huge expansion filled with fear and curiosity.
I have no idea.
Isn’t it worth it to leap and find out? #beachyoga#challengingbeliefs
