Check out Suzanne’s Transformation! 
Our 12 week challenge didn’t start the way Suzanne would’ve liked it to. She was sick when we were starting but said she was determined and ready to get going so we got under way with just the nutrition and never looked back! 
During the transformation Suzanne was attending our classes featuring RT24 and T30 which are both 30 minute workouts. 
Her nutrition like all of our plans was kept simple and easy to follow. Our Transformation plans are the foundation of our Healthy Eating Cookbook recipes. 
We actually don’t use a lot of our “after” photos as I feel it more beneficial to the business rather than the person and can actually leading to break in a persons training where they see it as the “end”. But Suzanne came up to me and said she wouldn’t mind me using her photos if I wanted to but she didn’t feel she was a “typical” Instagram Transformation story. 
Well!! I’m totally of the opposite opinion. We do hundreds of transformations every year in our studio and super mums like Suzanne IS our typical transformation story. We pride ourselves on giving real people real results

During the last 12 weeks we’ve transformed Tara’s body and her approach to meal planing and training. 
One of the hurdles we had to get over was  Tara’s work schedule. With limited free time away from a computer during the day we had to make sure the nutrition plan was pre prepared and easy to follow. Her training schedule had to be before work so she swapped to a 6am training time to guarantee attendance. 
Apart from lowering her bodyfat, increasing her muscle tone and fitness levels our 12 week transformation helped Tara improve her mental health by reducing stress levels with regular, structured training sessions. 
Another great part of our transformations is we don’t let injuries stop us. We work around them. Tara picked up a calf strain but after a short rest  was back training and with no break in fatloss.

At RWPF we try to utilise are vast training knowledge, experience and programming selection to match the lifestyles of a modern day. 😓
For the average gym session it may last over 45 minutes up to 2 hours!! Now I’m standing a gym all day and I still wouldn’t have the time for that. 
Plus a lot  of the time is wasted looking at,and posting gymlife selfies on Snapchat or Instagram. 
With most people resting over 2 minutes between sets!! 😲😲
So if you do 3 sets per exercise and do say 6 exercises per session you are resting for 36 minutes of your workout!!!!! Most of our classes last 40 minutes or less. Our personal training  sessions and online personal training sessions are about the same too. 
Stop wasting time. 🥊👇🏼
Get a good program and get stuck in with an intensity and focus that keeps you going, moving and transforming for less time than the poor soul spending more time resting than you are working out!! #RWPF #RT24 #mealprep

When you see transformation photos it’s usually based around a dramatic weight loss but this isn’t the only type of transformation we do. 
Lindsay started with us doing classes but swapped over to our SPARK program to add a bit more focus to her training. She already had made fantastic changes to her physique before starting the transformation program. 
Her goal was to increase muscle tone and develop a muscular abdominal area. She has also increased her fitness levels during the program. We have improved eating habits and choices throughout. Her body has  transformed from slim low tone to a lean athletic physique. 
Lindsay’s attitude towards the program was always very positive and now she’s inspiring others to make more positive nutrition choices  and although it’s actually quite difficult to build lean muscle she shows that hard work and consistency pays off.

Eilish has been training with me all through her pregnancy and continues to train with me  every day. 
She joined the 6am SPARK Program and turns up every morning smashing anything I throw at her. 
One of the best things about this photo is the lack of a need for a knee support now. Other than  the odd niggle here and there Eilish has been injury free. This is mainly through her focused attention on technique and her attitude towards doing this correctly. 
I won’t say Eilish’s age 🙂 but I’m sure she won’t mind me saying she’s not 21 anymore.

This post is a simple one compared to the last few. 
The magic triangle (IMO) to achieving success in your attempts to get fit are mental, physical and mechanical fitness. 
By addressing all three of these aspects of fitness you are setting yourself up for success. 
A quick note on each 🙌🏼 Menatally being prepared means you have a clear understanding of where you are starting from and where you wish to go. Not being honest with either of these just wont cut it! Start small to win big! 
Physically if you aren’t cardio fit that’s ok, just know your limits. You may have run a marathon 10 years ago but done nothing in the 6-12 months, so chill, don’t burn ou. 
Start small to win big!! Mechanical fitness ( probably not a real phase but you get the idea) refers to your current ability to move freely. Take into account your posture, historical pain issues and core and abdominal issues for you new mums. This step is very important for both new mums and anyone planning to add lots of running to their New Years fitness regime.  Your personal trainer or physical therapist can run you through a movement screening if you think it’ll help identify weakness. 
Start small to win big!! Our SPARK fitness program covers all of these and more.  It’s simple progress over time to guarantee success. 
So by now you should have your training buddy 🙌🏼
You should have filled in your calendar 📆

You’re standing at the start. You’ve been looking forward to this transformation. You’re excited, pumped up. Ready for this challenge. You can do it. You can achieve anything! 
Ready, steady go!! But... go where? You never thought about what direction you’re going. Now you’re  scratching your head wondering what should you do? “Ah I’ll start next Monday” 
This is a common dilemma most of us encounter.
We have a problem. We know what result or outcome we want but don’t have a clear pathway to get there. 
So here’s your solution. 
Plan. 
Part 1. 
Plan back from your end goal. Now I don’t mean two, three or four years. I mean 6,8 or 12 weeks maximum. 
Plan a day out with girls at a spa. Or a round of golf with the lads. Not a food or drinks based event (more on this in another post)

On your calendar mark any wedding, Birthday night out anniversary or anything that falls during your current 6 week block. 
Once your calendar has all these events don’t add more in. Sorry but you’re busy that day! 
Now you’ve a clear event calendar with no surprises. Why do this? 
Because this will allow you to manage your calories for that week better. 
Part 2. 
Week by week. 
Plan your week in advance. 
Training, nutrition and rest. 
You should be weight training 3-5 times per week and adding some cardio based off your goals. You’ll need a full day rest each week too. 
Batch cooking is a great way to prepare your nutrition each week. It doesn’t have to be all of your meals. Just the more time consuming ones. Like make a lasagne or curry that will last a few days but you can make an omelette at the time. 
Reflect. 
Keep a diary and take notes of what worked and what didn’t. At end of your week see what was difficult or what was missed and address it the following week. Don’t put it on the long finger! At the end of each six weeks assess how you are progressing. If your are not a step closer to your goals it means something is wrong. The great thing about giving an honest effort is that if things aren’t going your way then a simple tweak by your coach or trainer will set you straight.

Heat a pan on a medium heat. Mash the banana until smooth. Mix in your eggs and whisk together.

Some reasons for this include a hormonal imbalance where the body produces too much estrogen and not enough testosterone.

This may be as a result of a diet consisting of a higher volume of Phytoestrogens. Phytoestrogens are considered plant-based compounds that elicit similar effects to estrogen.
