My strength is increasing every week and the proof is in the numbers recorded and the videos! I couldn’t be happier of the improvements since starting with the team and I’m on my 4th working week. Im so grateful for the progression and the support from Zac and @amandabjorkman

On a side note today's Shoulder Routine was pretty crazy. Being limited to the gym equipment we have at work means that sometimes I have to get creative.
