👉 Götterspeisepulver (kein Instant!) und Süßungsmittel in eine Schale füllen 👉 Wasser aufkochen, darüber geben und verquirlen, bis sich alles aufgelöst hat
👉 kurz abkühlen lassen und in der Zwischenzeit den Quark mit weiter Süße vermischen 👉 die Götterspeisemischung nach und nach zu dem Quark geben (ein klein wenig übrig lassen) und mit einem Schneebesen ordentlich verrühren 👉 beides ~2 Std. kalt stellen 👉 die beiseite gestellte Götterspeisemischung über der Quarkmischung verteilen und nochmal mehrere Stunden oder über Nacht kalt stellen

Caaaaaashenseeee... yo me quedé plop con esto. Nunca pensé que podría lograrlo jajajaja.
Me han pedido mucho la receta de un cheesecake pero más sano. Cuesta porque el queso crema es cero sano y es el ingrediente principal. Mi idea fue crear uno que sea un poco más sano y más bajo en grasa (sorry los KETO)
Es alto en proteínas, más bajo en calorías y más bajo en grasas. LA RAZÓN por la que es más alto en proteínas es porque usé yoghurt alto en proteínas jajaja valga la redundancia. Así que para los deportistas, ideal, la gente que hace dieta hipocalorica, ideal y para los que les gusta disfrutar de algo rico y más sano, IDEAL. 
Les dejo la receta:
Para la masa: - 1 1/2 taza de harina de avena - 3 cucharadas de endulzante @naturalist_endulzante - Jugo de 1 limón - 1 huevo o 2 claras - Agua o leche vegetal a gusto para unir. 
MEZCLAR todo y formar masa. Aplastar en molde de 20 cms y meter al horno 180 grados 5 min (muy poco o pueden no meterlo al horno antes de ponerle el relleno, porque va a estar casi 1 hora y eso va a hacer que quede muy seca la masa)
Relleno: - 3 yoghurt girego alto en proteínas (usé la marca lonco leche)
- 3 huevos - 1/3 taza endulzante (pueden usar la línea BAKE de naturalist que venden en los súper) - Jugo de 1 limón 
BATIR todo con un batidor manual o eléctrico gasta que esté homogéneo y verter sobre masa. Volver al horno 50 min y dejar enfriar antes de desmoldar 
Top:
- 1 taza de berries congeladas hechas mermelada con 1/3 de taza de endulzante
HERVIR unos 10 min en una olla chica y dejar enfriar. Verter sobre cheesecake frío. 
LISTO!! Tienen el mejor cheesecake saludable que se pudieran imaginar, con súper pocos ingredientes!

▪️Iɴɢʀᴇᴅɪᴇɴᴛɪ:
~𝘗𝘦𝘳 𝘭𝘢 𝙗𝙖𝙨𝙚:
•2 @oreo Golden.
•20gr di fiocchi d’avena gusto “Latte e Biscotti” @bpr_nutrition.
•20ml di latte s.l e grassi.

~𝘗𝘦𝘳 𝘭𝘢 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙖:
•50gr di Philadelphia Active.
•100gr di yogurt greco 0%.
•1 uovo.
•Dolcificante alla vaniglia.
•La farcia dei biscotti.

~𝘗𝘦𝘳 𝘪𝘭 𝙩𝙤𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙜:
•15gr di crema bianca proteica @prozis “Cookies&Cream” (se la volete più #lowfat omettetela).
•1 #oreo Golden.

▪️Pʀᴏᴄᴇᴅɪᴍᴇɴᴛᴏ:
Iniziamo dalla base. Tritare nel mixer i biscotti privati della loro farcia, ma tenuta da parte che verrà inserita successivamente per la crema, con i fiocchi d’avena. Poi unire il latte e mescolare. Compattare la base sul fondo di una piccola tortiera da 12cm antiaderente con cerchio apribile e riporre momentaneamente in frizer. Adesso dedichiamoci alla crema. Uniamo in una ciotola la farcia dei biscotti tenuta da parte, il Philadelphia e lo yogurt con il dolcificante. Mescolare bene e poi aggiungere anche l’uovo amalgamando tutto con una frusta a mano. Versare poi la crema sulla base della nostra #cheesecake ed infornare a 180 gradi ventilato per 25min. Quando sarà pronta sciogliere subito la crema proteica sulla superficie della cheesecake. 
Una volta raffreddata riporre in frigo. Al mattino ho terminato con un biscotto per decorare. Che ve lo dico a fa? Si mangia con gli occhi 😛😛

Tritare nel mixer i biscotti privati della loro farcia, ma tenuta da parte che verrà inserita successivamente per la crema, con i fiocchi d’avena. Poi unire il latte e mescolare. Compattare la base sul fondo di una piccola tortiera da 12cm antiaderente con cerchio apribile e riporre momentaneamente in frizer. Adesso dedichiamoci alla crema. Uniamo in una ciotola la farcia dei biscotti tenuta da parte, il Philadelphia e lo yogurt con il dolcificante. Mescolare bene e poi aggiungere anche l’uovo amalgamando tutto con una frusta a mano. Versare poi la crema sulla base della nostra #cheesecake ed infornare a 180 gradi ventilato per 25min. Quando sarà pronta sciogliere subito la crema proteica sulla superficie della cheesecake. Una volta raffreddata riporre in frigo. Al mattino ho terminato con un biscotto per decorare. Che ve lo dico a fa? Si mangia con gli occhi 😛😛

lowfat Cottage Cheese Alfredo 🍝 🧀 ⁣
Who doesn’t love a nice creamy pasta dish - but most, being cream based, are super high in fat and aren’t such a great source of protein. ⁣
By using cottage cheese instead it means you can eat Alfredo everyday of the week if you’d like 😉. This dish is also a great meal idea for our vegetarians out there 🤗⁣
*you can also add extra protein like lean bacon, chicken or even salmon, or any choice of veg you’d like - your options are endless* ⁣
Serves 4⁣
⁣
Ingredients:⁣
1/2 packet of tagliatelle (or any pasta really)⁣
1/2 onion, finely chopped⁣
3/4 cup milk (we used fat fee)⁣
3/4 cup smooth cottage cheese (again we used fat free)⁣
1 tbsp cornflour⁣
1 tsp salt⁣
Pepper to taste⁣
1/2 tsp garlic flakes⁣
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (we didn’t have Parmesan so used mozzarella instead - which I think added to more of a thicker consistency 🤤)⁣
Dried basil/ oregano to taste⁣
Parsley, chopped (optional)⁣
⁣
Method:⁣
1. Cook your pasta while you’re making the sauce.⁣
2. Sauté the onion with olive oil in a pan. Remove from the heat and set aside.⁣
3. Blend all the above ingredients except for the basil and parsley in a blender until smooth.⁣
4. Place the pan with the onions on medium heat, add the blended sauce to the pan.⁣
5. Add the basil/ oregano and season to taste.⁣
6. Allow the sauce to simmer gently for 5 minutes.⁣
7. Remove the pan from the heat and add the cooked pasta. Let it sit for a few minutes before added your extra ingredients if you wish, serve and enjoy ⁣

lowfat Torta salata semintegra con ricotta e spinaci 😋
Una pietanza sfiziosa e “domenicale” ma comunque genuina. 
Ho utilizzato la farina Dìaita Biologica: mix di grani antichi siciliani + la rimacinata. .
Ingredienti per 4 persone: - Per l’impasto:
• 150g Farina di semola rimacinata Bio
• 100g farina semintegra, mix di grani antichi Bio Dìaita
• 2 cucchiai di Olio Evo
• 125g di ricotta
• 1 cucchiaino raso di sale
• siero della ricotta o acqua (se l’impasto risulta troppo farinoso) - Per la farcia: • 1 uovo • 2 cucchiai di grana • 100g di ricotta • 300g spinaci

Bollite gli spinaci in acqua salata e fate sgocciolare per bene per qualche ora. Riponete gli spinaci e mischiateli con gli altri ingredienti facendo attenzione che la ricotta sia molto sgocciolata. 
Impastate le farine con la ricotta, l’olio e il sale e aggiungete del siero (circa 40mL, dipende da quanto è asciutta la ricotta) per ottenere un panetto soffice. Fate riposare per mezz’ora circa. 
Stendete l’impasto in una teglia con dell’Olio e un po’ di farina per non farla attaccare lasciando che l’impasto esca fuori dalla teglia: lo ripiegherete successivamente sulla farcia. Aggiungete quindi il condimento e infornate a 200° in forno preriscaldato ventilato per mezz’ora. Lasciate riposare la torta su una griglia per una quindicina di minuti (per farla asciugare da sotto) e servite tiepida 😋

lowfat Ένα club Sandwich  light για αυτούς που θέλουν να διατηρήσουν το βάρος τους ή ακόμη και για αυτούς που θέλουν να χάσουν κιλά...Περιέχει μόνο 650kcal,23% fat
40% carbs(5%sugar)
28% protein
4% fiber
1.5 %salt
Πιστέψτε με είναι πεντανόστιμο και έχει τις μισές θερμίδες σχεδόν και λιπαρά από το κανονικό.. Υλικά:
3 φέτες του τοστ ψωμί ολικής
2 φέτες κασέρι light
2 φέτες καπνιστή γαλοπούλα
Μισή ντομάτα 
1 φύλλο μαρούλι 
3κ.γ μαγιονέζα light
1 πατάτα μέτρια 
2κ.γ λάδι 
Συνταγή : 
Ψήνουμε τις φέτες ψωμιού  στο φούρνο στους 250 βαθμούς για 5 λεπτα περίπου, αφού τις έχουμε αλείψει με 1κ.γ λάδι και αφού έχουμε ρίξει λίγο  πιπέρι.
Κόβουμε την πατάτα όπως κόβουμε τις τηγανιτές και ψήνουμε  στο φούρνο στη λαδόκολλα στους 200 βαθμούς για 20λεπτα περίπου ,αφού τις έχουμε αλείψει  με 1κ.γ λάδι,ρίγανη,πιπέρι,αλάτι .
Αλείφουμε κάθε φέτα με 1κ.γ μαγιονέζα light και τοποθετούμε ανάμεσα από τα ψωμάκια το τυρί, την γαλοπούλα ,το μαρούλι και την ντομάτα.
