So 6 years ago I committed to building a #realestate business of my own...one that served me and the lifestyle I wanted to create.
I wanted to do something that everyone thought was not possible.
The vision was to create a machine that generated a steady flow of motivated seller leads on a daily basis.
I spent hours a day in the local coffee shop for 6 months straight creating content and building out pages using targeted localized keywords sellers are actually typing into Google.
Before you know it I had a direct deal from all the hard-work I put in. 💥 Boom.
Proof of concept.
Then I went even harder and pushed out even more content.
And before you know it I went from a deal every couple months to doing a few deals every month.
All organic, all online, with no cold calling, direct mail, or employees.
I became the go to #investor in my market.
People were in awe of what I built, they understood the value I brought, and that’s when business really took off because I had built leverage.
And the process still continues to this day.
300+ pages later, 350+ blog posts and 3,000+ leads later.
Now as I site here typing this I’ve done something I’m not sure anyone has done in this space.
I’ve leased out all the above: my online presence, and my brand for multiple 5 figures a month.
I scaled and escaped in a very non traditional way.
Now I have more freedom and time to pursue other things...my passions, purpose, and things that really matter.
Yes...I put in the work..but I also had some incredible friends, students, and mentors along the way who kept me sharp, hungry, and grateful.
Thank you @kentclothier and @trevor.mauch for all the love and support over the years. Without surrounding myself with the likes of you both I wouldn’t be where I am today.

Contractors haven’t been building condos and rental apartments at this frenzied rate in nearly 30 years.
So says BMO analysis of Preliminary Housing Starts data from Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) for the month of June.
Construction of multi-family dwellings — which include units in condo and rental buildings — roared on last month at an annualized rate of about 186,000 starts in June, or “the highest level on record going back to 1990,” writes BMO Senior Economist Robert Kavcic.
A housing start is defined as when construction work begins at the site of a new residential development. If the site encompasses 50 units, then that counts as 50 starts, for example.
CMHC’s annualized rate is a measure of how many homes would be built in a year if current activity persists. Seasonal factors, such as winter slowdowns, are taken into account.

Lots of people ask “How can I become successful at trading.” First thing is, taking responsibility for your bad trades and not blaming the market or anyone else but YOU.
When I first started trading I used to blame Indicators, candlesticks, the market, the news, all this bullshit but at the end of the day it was all ME.
I realized my risk and money management was poor and that I needed to develop a winning formula that would protect me from losses.
The switch literally flicked and I began taking smaller losses and winning 25% of the time.
You’re probably wondering,
HOW CAN SOMEONE BE PROFITABLE ONLY WINNING 25% OF THE TIME?
Well when I’m risking 1-2% and placing 4 trades a month and lose 3 trades with a total of 3% lost or no more than 5% that one trade that wins will bring me back 8-15% returns.
You all are too caught up in the money when you should be caught up in becoming a fluent trader/investor and developing your own strengths and weaknesses first then the money will come.
I’ve been doing this for 4 years now and trust me I learn things EVERYDAY.
The market we were in when I started IS NOT the same market we’re in TODAY!
My strategy changes when the market changes.
