We all have at least one person who has that special place in our hearts. TAG THEM ❤️ So grateful for these people in our lives. Thank you!
I do hope this will make you feel even better, you are most likely to have this special place in other people’s hearts, too.
You’ll never how much a little bit of kindness and love you give can make a big difference to a person’s situation or life. Have empathy for others.
Spread love ❤️

“The passion for stretching yourself and sticking to it, even when it’s not going well, is the hallmark of the growth mindset. This is the mindset that allows people to thrive during some of the most challenging times in their lives." - Carol Dweck #riskhappy

We must learn not to let judgements from other people slow us down. Ladies, remember we are all awesome in our own unique ways. Your own opinions of yourself matter most.

“Feel your feelings. They have important information, even the less pleasant ones. Give yourself a chance to notice and acknowledge them. Your feelings are the things that remind you’re alive and engaged in your life.” #riskhappy
WOMEN TELL ME I’M A BADASS FOR BIRTHING MY CHILDREN UNASSISTED ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
To which I always respond something like, “it’s really not hard, I just let my body do exactly what it’s going to do anyway.”
To which they always respond something like, “yeah, but you didn’t let fear deter you.”
To which I always feel a SURGE of energy, because it’s true. I didn’t. I don’t. Not in birth, not in business, not in life.
When intending to birth unassisted (or intending anything else in your life) you have to decide that there really is NO OTHER OPTION, while simultaneously being relaxed and okay with WHATEVER happens — even if that means your child doesn’t make it, or you don’t make it, or you have to take shepherd’s purse tincture, slap a bag of ice to your pelvis, and have your person drive you to the hospital ‘cause you’re losing too much blood.
You have to be okay with whatever, which means IT’S ALL ON YOU. If something ‘bad’ happens there’s no one to point the finger at. There’s not one person to blame. There’s just you, and your decisions.
Doesn’t that sound like RADICAL RESPONSIBILITY?
Here’s the thing: when *most* women enter a relationship with a OB/GYN, a hospital, a birthing center, a midwife, whomever, WHO THEN BECOMES RESPONSIBLE for the birth outcome and for the preservation of the child’s undisturbed and natural transition into the world?
WHO? WHO IS RESPONSIBLE?
It starts to feel more complex doesn’t it?
Is it the physician’s fault that a woman receives an unnecessary and outdated medical procedure? Is it the woman’s fault for not knowing her physician was incompetent or that the system itself they were educated within was built not for women, but as an emergency-profit generating machine?
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE?
This post isn’t about birth, really, or birthing women.
It’s about this:
SO MUCH MORE IS AVAILABLE TO YOU WHEN YOU DECIDE THAT YOU’RE 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OUTCOME

One of my favorite things about going to these conferences is the people I get to meet from all over the world and all walks of life. Strangers become friends when they share a strong bond together. We bond over knowing that we can overcome any limiting beliefs we had and life will never be the same. ❤️🙏🏻 #upw#growthmindset
I’ve always asked God to make me what he wants me to be. I never thought he’d ask for me to be a Network Marketer. I mean, if there’s one thing the fitness industry throws shade on, it’s this business model😏. But then He showed me Isagenix. It’s taken me a few years, but the surge of conviction this path puts into my purpose is nothing short of divine. So I keep showing up, who am I to doubt Gods call and the people He will touch through me?
Release your fears to your Creator, after time in prayer you will know if you made the right decision if after you let go you feel a surge of clarity. My yes isn’t conditional, is yours? #growthmindset
This is sooo true and sooo real for me personally! I struggle with mindset and negative thoughts ABOUT MYSELF. I’ve allowed them to limit me and to creep in on me for the majority of my life. It’s only been around 2.5 years now that I’ve learned and become aware of these LOUD voices and to block these from taking me down emotionally. It’s a work in progress and something that definitely doesn’t come naturally to me. .
Those LOUD voices are FEAR and EGO talking and there are quieter softer voices which are intuition and light! Those are voices we need to seek and find when we are facing hard decisions or feeling down. Seeking quiet and calm is when I have found my intuitive voice and it has never steered me the wrong way unlike my unwieldy LOUD EGO voice has!
Finding that balance is key! And spending time to quiet our bodies so that our minds become quiet so we can hear the whispers of our intuition is a nonnegotiable practice! It’s time well spent! .
We all get farther in life when we are light, calm, grateful and kind with ourselves, our thoughts, our judgements and of course our interactions with others! .
What do you do to keep your power in check? How do you keep the negativity from taking you down?
“...fitting in is NOT belonging.” ~ Brene Brown⠀
This is a very important distinction that I have learnt.⠀
As we compare ourselves to another we can easily and unconsciously fall into fitting in. In doing so we hide parts of ourselves and keep hidden qualities that make you who you are - your authentic self. ⠀ 💎⠀
Fitting in: assessing a situation and becoming who you need to be to be accepted. This can be costly to your sense of self, you lose a part OR all of what makes you - YOU. It also stops you from contributing YOU to the people and world around you. Not to mention it is exhausting. ⠀
Belonging, on the other hand, doesn’t require us to change who we are. It is you, being YOU, it requires us to be who we are, to live in our authentic self and that means you contribute YOUR AMAZINGNESS to the people and world around you. It also allows you to reflect and continue to grow - simply because you are being YOU. Not to mention it is like a nice deep long exhale out.⠀
We’ve seen A LOT of posts on Instagram over the past few days from people who are concerned about the changes to the Instagram algorithm 🙋🏻♀️
After having spent a week working and studying with digital marketers in London recently, we got totally up to speed with Instagram and how to use it properly for business.
This included a HEAP of information and insight into how to work with the algorithm and the various changes Instagram regularly makes to the platform 🙌🏻📱
There are so many things we will be sharing with you in the coming months (and more for our clients too 🙈🙈), but one thing we willl say about the algorithm is this...
If there was one way or one trick to “mastering” the algorithm, then we’d all be doing it!
Essentially, Instagram wants us to use the platform for what it was designed for - to network 👫👭
This means we must be active ie, posting every day via static posts and/or stories, and replying to comments / interacting with followers on a regular basis ✔️
And what’s going to get you results?
Being as active as you can!! Good account development takes TIME, so you have to be willing to invest time in your channel in order to gain results! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

I've had some lovely messages over the past few days regarding how best to move people's photography careers forwards, how to accelerate, how to market, how to sustain a profitable business model and memorable brand... I have no plans to charge people for advice and support.
But due to my needing to keep nurturing my own very busy business and being asked lots, I felt the need to put something out here to help and signpost people... so below you’ll find some tips I hashed together whilst sulking that my ‘mouse finger’ hurts...
Please feel free to add to these or discuss in the comments.
And most importantly tagged on my photo are loads of businesses and communities that I’ve found support in over the years. #communityovercompetition
Brain dump... .
1)You could be the nicest, most talented photographer in the world but if you don't look at photography as BUSINESS first and foremost. You won't get very far. Put as much effort into learning how to run and market a business as you do into learning how to use your camera.
2) Charge a sustainable fee. If you want to charge £100 all in' for a shoot. How many of those do you need to do a week after tax and overheads to pay your bills and live? Cost of business.. Figure it out backwards.
3) Be yourself, (and if you don't know who that is yet then take self portraits until you do!) When you are confident, respect yourself and your own worth people will respect you back, trust you and believe you.
4) Get insurance, not just for your kit but for your business too.
5)Learn your camera inside out, a top of the range kit is pretty useless if you can't move out of auto.
6) Understand light
7) Find your style and be consistent.
8) Show up. Like really show up, be present, and network.
9)Understand that it won't happen over night.
10)Find your mojo and then find your niche. Work out WHY you're doing this, who you want to take photos for. Don't say you 'specialise' if you take photos of EVERYTHING. .
This list is not exhaustive. It scratches the surface and I really encourage everyone to help and signpost in comments!
Our client @pub134omaha is a great example of planning ahead and utilizing social media from the start. They started working with us before they opened, and we built up an engaged local follower base that translated in to paying customers from day one. #roadto1000
I took a hike into the mountains last month and came across this patch of flowers blooming in the middle of dead grass. A perfect example of spring in the high country. -
Some plants bloom before others in springtime, but eventually everything catches up so that all that brown is replaced with lush green.
I couldn’t help but think about the fact that people do the same kind of thing. We are all on different paths with our personal progress. We will get to where we are going and it will be at different times and at different speeds. -
Whether you feel like the pretty, green plant or the dead grass right now, why can’t we help each other along the way? Give a little water. Be a ray of sunshine.
Everyone deserves opportunity to grow and shine, you included.

At my physical therapy session for a torn meniscus today, I identified another new coach, leader, professional who was clearly and obviously happy and fulfilled as he was teaching another new-hire colleague in his practice. He has helped me a great deal with my meniscus, and is clearly enjoying improving other people's health and well-being. I committed to 100 workouts. Sounds crazy right? But here’s the deal… These workouts are 20-30 minutes and designed to be completed in the morning so you can get them done and get on with your day. And I’m busy!! I told you everything I’ve been doing lately, and yes, I’m still in Real Estate! So I need to get up and get it done in the morning because at the end of the day, I don’t have it in me. Trust me. Today I fell asleep during acupuncture!! Love a good needle nap.
So this program is available for pre-sale today. And I have 3 promo codes available for anyone who purchases a Challenge Pack. First come first serve.
Don’t freak out, the workouts and the Challenge Group don’t start till 7/29, so you have some time to mentally and/or physically prepare for it. Who’s with me?? And if At home workouts aren’t for you, don’t worry! I’ll be starting LIVE classes next week at @wellnesscollectivevt .
Or if exercise isn’t something you need, but you’re interested in Nutrition Programs, Reiki or Coaching, slide into my DMs!

How many times have you shared your goal with someone and they have said, "That's not a good idea, why would you do that!?" ..... I know that some of our tiny home clients have dreamed of their tiny home for YEARS! Once they made the commitment to go for it and start to tell family and friends they can be met with discouragement and negativity. .
. ----》》》 Has this ever happened to you?? ---》》》 I can tell you that when I left my job and started Teacup Tiny Homes I KNOW people were doubting my decision. They thought I was crazy. What I know is that it was because they didnt have the awareness to know that tiny homes were actually a thing! (Hahah) I know that these comments are always with the best intentions yet we cannot let them stop us from forging ahead. .
I LOVE helping our clients work through this point in their build or in their life. Hiring a builder is about support, the emotional journey of making a lifestyle change......
Do you have something you want??? Go out and get it!!! No one is stopping you but YOU!

Well, hello again.
It’s been a nearly 2 month hiatus on this page. I’ll be honest, i’ve been very busy! Busy figuring out life, gettin my ducks in a row, aligning myself with people who believe in things important to me and overall taking a self reflection break on what I want out of this area of my life. I love photography & capturing certain essences of humanity, I just am not sure what is holding me back so much. I wanted to update y’all who have been wondering, “what the heck happened to her?” to let y’all know, hi i’m still here 👋🏼🤪 I’ve been hoping to invest in a new camera at some point as well, and will be getting more on top of posting my summer experiences 💙
This image spoke well to me today, really understanding that nothing is what it seems on social media/life and to let myself understand that I don’t have to be the greatest at consistency sometimes. It’s perfectly okay to not be okay as long as we realize it isn’t temporary ❤️ Anywho..once again thankyou for everyones love & support on this page✨

Me and my workout buddy! Well, she was more about doing her own thing while I was doing mine but, gotta love her still.
✨It’s pretty incredible to not just see my dreams come true, but to MAKE them come true. ✨
I got my first bonus as a Beachbody coach this last Friday. And that bonus? Helped me buy a MacBook Air.
I’ve always wanted my own Mac laptop. And instead of just wishing for it? I worked for it.
I worked HARD for it.
By changing my life.
By sharing my light.
By mentoring, helping, loving, and lifting others.
I love my job.
I love my new computer.
And I am SOOO excited to help even more with this beautiful baby working with me! ❤️🙌🏻❗️✨💪🏻 It’s GOOOO time!! **Beachbody does not guarantee any level of success or income from the Team Beachbody Coach Opportunity. Each Coach’s income depends on his or her own efforts, diligence, and skill.**
Wishing Bhawan Sandhu and Tzipora Schein the best of luck tomorrow!
