🙋♂️ Before and after pictures of my diet, fitness journey from April of 2018 to March of 2019. 🐷 Left 160 pounds Febuary ➡️ March 22nd. 1 to 4 times a week doing a HIIT 2x a day class @f45_training, Core/strenght 1x bi-weekly @solidcore or @sculptstudio by @classpass. 🦁 Right 140 pounds August ➡️ September 7th. 6 to 7 times a week doing HIIT class 2 to 3x a day @f45_training, 1x to 2x bi-weekly @solidcore or @sculptstudio by @classpass 🛫 After my trip to Spain in September, winter started and I basically went on to bulking mode. I ate whatever seemed delicious lol thinking bulking is eating as much as you want cuz your going to burn it anyway on shredding season. Even drinking whole milk which iam not suppose to cuz iam lactose intolerant. Just for the gainz! :/ 🛫 My Dominican Republic trip was basically the last nail in the coffin. Buffet breakfast/lunch/dinner for 5 days straight in a white sand beach island to float on and wallow in the pool when full lol
So now back to slowly regaining strength on my everyday routine. 💪 shredding season begins!!...See you guys then!!
