Another glorious weekend in Sydney done; movie nights with @sgmerson, play dates with my Minka 🐶 sunbathing and @undercard boxing with @amy_montgomery1 and celebrating birthdays and house warming with pals 💃🏽 As Aus turns to ‘winter’ (it was still 26° this weekend) I’m weirdly looking forward to a little bit of rain ☔️ feeling nostalgic for home at the moment.

THE ULTIMATE DEADLIFT CHECKLIST! By @achievefitnessboston⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1️⃣FEET HIP WIDTH APART AND BARBELL OVER MID-FOOT: In order to establish a strong base of support, start with your feet under your hips with toes forward or slightly flared out. Step up to the bar so that it’s close to your shins and over your mid-foot.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2️⃣HINGE YOUR HIPS BACK: Initiate the deadlift by sitting back with your hips. This will help you to load your posterior chain (glutes and hamstrings) and get into a strong starting position.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3️⃣GRAB THE BAR JUST OUTSIDE YOUR SHINS: The wider your hands, the greater the demand on your mid and upper back. Keeping your hands in closer will help make the pull feel easier than if they were out too wide.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4️⃣ALIGN YOUR ARMPITS DIRECTLY OVER THE BAR: This will set you up for a more vertical and direct bar path, which makes the deadlift much more efficient.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5️⃣PUSH INTO THE FLOOR AND STAND TALL: Instead of thinking about “lifting” the bar off the floor, think about “pushing” your feet into the ground. The harder you push down into the floor, the stronger your deadlift will be. Stand tall at the top and look straight ahead to practice good alignment.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
6️⃣INITIATE THE DESCENT WITH ANOTHER HIP HINGE: Once you’ve gotten to the top of the deadlift, lower it back down by hinging your hips back, loading your posterior chain again, and getting right back into your original starting position.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

🥄4 colheres de sopa de manteiga de côco 🥄1 colher de sopa de fermento químico em pó 🥄1colher de chá de sal
• Bater as claras em neve e reservar.
• Bater, na batedeira, a manteiga, o açúcar e as gemas até obter um creme homogêneo. • Adicionar o leite de côco, as farinhas, o polvilho, a goma xantana, o amido de milho, o fermento e o sal. Bater bem até obter um creme liso.
• Incorporar as claras em neve, sem bater.
• Colocar em uma forma (Eu uso as de silicone) e assar em forno pré aquecido por +- 30min.

Just finished up an awesome weekend at the 2019 Australian Youth Nationals Championships in Sydney! I came 1st in boulder, 2nd in lead, 3rd in speed and 2nd overall 😁 I had a great time, and it was awesome to catch up with everyone from other states and see you all crushing it 💪💪 Thanks to all the setters, organizers and volunteers for making nationals like these possible.
Next stop is America for the Vail bouldering World Cup!

👉 Harina integral para nuestros ñoquis
✔️Para los ñoquis incorporamos un huevo a 1/2 kilo de batatas y aproximadamente 50 gr de harina integral, más pizca de sal. Dejamos reposar y luego armamos los ñoquis que cocinamos en abundante agua hervida, los sacamos una vez que se elevan a la superficie ✔️Para la salsa reahogamos en aceite de oliva cebolla ajo y pimiento agregamos tomates deshidratados bien cortados luego pusimos tomate licuado y cocinamos durante 20 minutos, condimentamos con sal ají y orégano. ☝️ Rinde 2 porciones 😉
