A freakin WAFFLE! 🤤🙌 This was so stinkin delicious guys!! I made one for hubs too and he loved it!😍 If you’re ever craving a Big Mac 🍔🤤 (bc Lord knows I was after seeing all those #macrofriendly versions on IG), then I suggest doing it my way, or my peeps’ ways! 🥞WAFFLE BASE🥞.
🍔184 grams egg whites.
🍔7 grams coconut flour.
🍔7 grams all purpose flour.
🍔2 grams xanthan gum.
🍔Whisk dry ingredients together and then add in egg whites and stir into a batter. Let batter sit while waffle iron heats up and it’ll thicken up! Cook as usual!

🍔Toppings.
🍔70 grams 93/7 lean ground beef (season w/salt, pepper, onion powder).
🍔45 grams Velveeta shredded cheese(or American like on the actual Big Mac).
🍔8 grams diced yellow onion.
🍔1 tsp sesame seeds.
🍔15 grams shredded lettuce.
🍔32 grams 1000 Island dressing.
🍔30 grams sugar free Bread & Butter pickles diced

🍔Add cheese and beef to waffle and broil on 350 for 7 minutes. Once removed from toaster oven, add other toppings and chow down🍴🤤😂

Never really got so excited about shopping for bras and lingerie before in my life I used to dread it!😂 Hopefully I’ll love it even more if I’m able to get skin removal surgery🤞🏻been super stressed and bummed about it and still in the process of an appeal after getting denied from insurance. It would be nice to be able to choose where you want to drop fat. Unfortunately, it just doesn’t work like that. Some people will lose fat in their stomach first and thighs last. Some other people it will be the opposite. There is NO diet or exercise that’s going to make you lose more fat in one place more than another. If you stay in a caloric deficit then your overall body fat will go down and you’ll lose it where you want eventually. If you strength train you can build up muscle in the places you want. Genetics will still be a factor in how easy it is to grow a muscle though.

Don’t compare your fat loss journey with someone else’s. You can be doing everything right but might just take a bit longer to lose fat in certain areas than it does for other people. On the other hand, you probably lose it much faster in some places 😊 - Don’t stress about it. Just stick to your plan and when your overall fat level is down you’ll be happy 😁

Spent the last 5 days in Missouri with my boo’s family and it was filled with alcohol and food (as expected) and it’s amazing to think I used to consume that much/kind of food on a regular basis. I spent more than 2 of those days feeling like absolute crap and I am bloated like no other. Happy to be home and back in my regular routine 💛

Seriously cannot believe we’re more than half way through June... 🏋🏼‍♀️ weeks 1-5 train like me volume 2 and weeks 7-10 train like me volume 3 going to follow these plans exactly how they are written (i just did several weeks of TLMV4 so that’s why i’m doing 2 and 3)
🥗 tracking most of my food to ensure i am getting the proper macro nutrients daily
📸 weighing in and taking measurements weekly AND taking progress pictures (which is something i haven’t done in years.) 🍪 my main goal for myself is to turn down or eat less of the unnecessary treats and snacks around my office and house, snacking on random things just because it’s there is one of my downfalls when it comes to dieting
💊 i stopped taking all fat loss supplements (alphamine capsules and erase pro from @pescience) to give my body a break but will go back on them around week 5

height: 5’9
weight: 156.1
waist: 29 inches (highest it’s ever been)
glutes: 41 inches

One reason I LOVE carb cycling is the way every day has something exciting! Low carb days mean sausage, eggs, and BUTTER. 
Tonight’s dinner hit the spot with Brussels sprouts and chicken sautéed in butter and a little bit of garlic. I wasn’t in the mood for anything fancy, but there are so many things that would have been great to add: avocado, onions or shallots, a bit of spinach, maybe even some kind of fruit. 
Pair this with some strategic exercise and you get fat loss! We are harnessing the power of keto without the effects to our hormones.
