⚓️ Active Recovery
Been throwing in different movements such as jumping lunges at the end of my leg days.
Personally, I feel they have payed dividends with my hip injuries. Feel looser, stronger, and agile.
Over the past couple of years life had thrown a lot things at me. At times I felt lost and I felt confused as to what I was going to do with myself.
My personal training business has given me the opportunity to help others, and along the way I have helped myself.
From break ups, side job after side job, long hours at work, and still grinding to finish my degree. I have seen a lot. I have FELT a lot.
I have also learned a lot. A lot about myself and who I need to be to become the person I envision myself being.
Along the way I have made many friends, and I have made just as many enemies.
Over the past two weeks Ive found the confidence about myself that I had lost.
I don’t know how I could lose what I spent years building.
With all of this said, and done. My future plans are set. I have a vision of what my life will be like. NO ONE or NOTHING will stand in my way. Not even myself!
Thank you to all the friends who have been a constant in my life. Also thank you to the people who have talked behind my back, judged, and who have cursed my name.
Positive vibes from now on.

Less then a year ago I could barely do 30lbs dumbbells.
This was my top set with 75lbs.
Love the progress I have been making!
Seated machine curls
Cable rope curls
Overhead cable tricep extensions
Dumbbell seated curls bi-lateral
Single dumbbell skull crushers
Some deads today. Worked up to 455 for 2x2. Still going fairly conservative on the weight. Did 3x5 on beltless stiff legged pulls and 5x10 on hack squats and the dip machine.
Tried to get my pissed off rotator cuff moving too, but it's still a bit too angry.
The pizza man just came, and we almost got free pizza... we are good, honest people. Lol. But I did order pizza yesterday! 🧐🍕 •
