A little snippet of our handstand/arm balance playtime in Croatia! Some of my favorite time during our retreats is when we all come together to just play! It’s always yogis of all levels (and when you add in the fact that I ate far too much chocolate croissants, gelato, and bread to lift out of my crow 😂 #worthit) and we always have so much fun! I’ll miss this group tremendously and am so thankful that technology and these squares keep us all so close! Pointed toward Seattle now with a quick overnight in London ❤️ 😴

I don’t think I’ve ever done this before, but I actually went over this design when it was staring to fade. Crazy to see how much more black it got. If you go a few posts back you’ll see this jagua gel design was very blue, and the butterfly was extremely light. In this photo I went over the butterfly and the fingers for a photoshoot I had this past weekend. I had the design on for already 8 days at that point!
There are many reasons why I enjoy the Handstand so much，
First of all it’s really fun !
Second it forces me into a meditative state.
And lastly there are so many health benefits just by doing the Handstand, such as blood circulation, detoxification and so much more ! 。
